Who is a term (I forget what that name for it was) that is always followed by a question mark as to indicate and gain answer from an unknown person, one who has not been introduced, or the girl you woke up next to and can't remember her name, even though you screwed her lastnight.
For example: The girl brought home her boyfriend and as they were making out on the couch, her father came home through the door and in shock, shouted, "Who the fuck are you!?"
